Items bought during sale or with vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalised item that have been made specially for you, cannot be returned or exchanged.Beauty products are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.Essentials such as face masks, masks accessories, sanitisers and wipes are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.Due to the nature of some items, we will not be able to accept returns unless item is incorrect, damaged or faulty when delivered to you. Fair Use Policy
We reserve the right to monitor and suspend any accounts with suspicious return activity. If item is ineligible for return and conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to sender. We reserve the right to reject any returns and refunds even with met conditions
