Faulty items

If item is incorrect, damaged or faulty when delivered to you, we’ll arrange a return and figure out a solution with you. Write to us at [email protected] as soon as you can.

  • Returns must be made 30 days from delivery.
  • Original conditions and all tags intact.
  • Original packaging included.
  • Item is not in the non-returnable category.

  • Items bought during sale or with vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Personalised item that have been made specially for you, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Beauty products are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Essentials such as face masks, masks accessories, sanitisers and wipes are not returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Due to the nature of some items, we will not be able to accept returns unless item is incorrect, damaged or faulty when delivered to you. Let us know at [email protected] so we can sort it out the soonest for you.

  • If item is ineligible for return and conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to sender.
